Functions: Sin, Cos, Tan Graphs with Transformations [Foundation]

In this course, we explore the topic of trig functions (sin, cos and tan).

We start by recapping the basics of trigonometry as it relates to the CAST diagram and how we can connect it to drawing trig graphs. We will then move our attention to drawing the standard trig graphs and seeing how we can transform them by changing their amplitude or vertical shift. After that we will look at how we can transform trig graphs by either changing their period or horizontally shifting them. Finally, we will look at how to find the equations of trig graphs given a drawing.

The Foundation level course focuses on the core ideas that are important for this topic, while this Standard course will cover the same core ideas but will also include some harder questions that require more application of the core ideas.
